For one week each month until the return of Jesus, commit to a 7-day Novena of Salvation Crusade Prayer and perform one day of fast during the novena:
– Begin on a Monday.
– Recite Crusade Prayer #130 3 times in the morning, before 12 PM noon.
– On one of those days, have only one full meal and for the other meals, only bread and water; no snacks.
– End on Sunday afternoon.
